Towels R Us (Duncan Stewart Textiles Ltd) has been manufacturing and supplying private individuals, multi-national organisations, salons, top London hotels and promotions / advertising companies with towels, bathrobes, bedding including sheets, pillowcases and other home textiles since 1978. Along with a wide product range, Towels R Us provides a personalised embroidery service, allowing customers to have their choice of text or image embroidered onto their chosen item at a small additional fee.

Phase 1 of the Towels R Us ecommerce website launched in November 2011 and features a new bespoke design, to better communicate the company's quality, service and size. Phase 2 launched in April 2012, giving even greater flexibility to the personalisation options available to its customers.

The new ecommerce website project was prompted by a desire to increase sales and further drive growth of the business. The new ecommerce solution gives Towels R Us the flexiblity to create multiple product promotions to drive sales, increase visibility of specific products or ranges and feeds the product catalogue into Google Shopping, increasing the website's natural search traffic.
